  This week's Living Today holiday gift guide features cozy, comfy, homemade envelopes for gift cards and affordable and easy holiday decorations.

First Nancy Soriano, homekeeping and lifestyle expert from "Good Morning America" showed us how to transform a plain notebook into a warmhearted journal by simply gluing a vintage postcard to the cover and adding a collection of buttons to frame the postcard.

Then, Nancy showed us this great idea for giving a gift that gives twice by planting bulbs in a flower pot and covering it with decorative moss. The decorative pot will bloom in the spring!

Those simple, white gift card envelopes will never be the same once you follow Nancy Soriano's inspiration for making them look more homey and handcrafted. Nancy carefully pulled the envelope apart then cut some scrap fabric to fit the form of the paper. She glued the fabric onto the paper then reassembled the envelope. Nancy also cut and glued some bright, red fabric to form the inner portion of the gift envelope.

If you want something special for the doggie and kitty on your gift list, simply purchase some new food bowls then get some stick-on letters from the crafts supply store and personalize the bowls with their very own names.

Later on, Mar Jennings stopped by and share his ideas to brighten up your holiday home decor. This lemon holds some bright and beautiful greenery in a very affordable way -- the lemon acts as the vase and provides a gentle citrus scent to your table.

Here is a unique way to illuminate your holiday using a martini glass, some whole coffee beans and a lemon!
