3 Chris Lilly from Big Bob Gibson's BBQ. We grilled him about his signature white BBQ sauce -- it's vinegar and mayonnaise based, with horseradish, salt, pepper, and...the rest of the award-winning blend is his secret!
5 Tony Neely from Neelys BBQ in Memphis and Nashville, who copped to having a "man crush" on Chef Emeril. This was after only one margarita, mind you, so watch out at the Bubble Q!
