The party is on at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, but before we spend the weekend eating and drinking our way across Miami, “Cooking with Emeril” will be coming to you LIVE from Emeril’s Miami Beach restaurant from 2 to 4 pm ET on Thursday!
First festival founder Lee Schrager and Florida’s top chef Norman Van Aken will join us to talk about the local dining scene, finding inspiration in the kitchen, and how it is humanly possible to gather dozens of celebrity chefs for a weekend packed with events and still make time for a radio interview.
In the second half of the show, we’ll bring you an Animal and a Beast, or rather, the three award-winning young chefs behind those zoologically-named restaurants. We’ll find out what’s inspired their unconventional approaches to cooking and dining, and ask them to get us hip to what’s now and what’s next in the culinary world.
We want you to join the party, too, so don’t forget to call 866-675-6675 to join the conversation with our guests. Check out the complete guest lineup below!
