Samuel says we can "dress up" our Super Bowl Suds by simply adding a splash of St. Germain to a light American Lager. You get the suds but with a pungent floral note.
Samuel also offered a unique Valentines Day idea: mixing two beers to get the effect of a box of chocolates in a beer glass. This easy process involves mixing a 50/50 combination of two specialty beers such as Lindeman's Framboise Lambic (pictured on left), a malt beer with raspberries with Rogue Mocha Porter (pictured on right) which has chocolate notes. Yes, a beer cocktail with chocolate/raspberry notes!
