Last week, we had James Beard-award winning chef Barbara Lynch on Morning Living. When Barbara told us that she wanted to use cauliflower as the main ingredient for her fast and fancy recipes, I have to admit that I made a face. Growing up, cauliflower was definitely NOT my favorite. But when she sent us her two recipes-- Orecchiette with Cauliflower, Anchovies, and Pistachios and Cauliflower Chaud-Froid with Oysters & Celery Emulsion-- my mind was changed. That icky mental image of cauliflower doused in Velveeta sauce has officially been replaced!
