Living Today is Live from Napa Valley
Posted by MSLO Blogger
Our first day of broadcasting from Napa was a blast! Spa treatments, wine, chocolate, oysters... what could be bad? Our wonderful guests were generous enough to share some of their specialties with us. Check out the pictures from the show to see what we got to enjoy!
1 Engineer Chris Hauselt in the background and host Mario Bosques hard at work.
2 Chef Anne Gingrass of Brix restaurant talked about being the host chef of the Napa Valley Mustard Festival.
3 Chef Sally James shared mustard products from around the world!
4 One of Sally James' creation was this smoked salmon with mustard sauce.
5 Leslie Wolski, the spa director from the Villagio Inn and Spa showed us how to make body scrubs at home.
6 Some of the ingredients that Leslie Wolski uses in her scrubs are oatmeal, coffee, and sugar.
7 Chuck Siegel has a passion for chocolates and candies that are made with wine flavorings.
8 Pate de Fruit from Charles Chocolates made with real wine.
9 Jeffrey Stambor, director of winemaking for Beaulieu Vineyard, brought some wines for us to sample
10 Adrian Hoffman of the Lark Creek Restaurant Group prepared a variety of oysters and sauces for us.
11 A variety of oysters from all over the country.

People- Thankyou!!!! I own a manufacturing company in Crestview,FL and had to pick up an order for a new customer in Montgomery, AL yesterday. I listened to all of you for 7 hours straight. What a treat to know my fellow yankees can entertain me while I am driving through the farmlands of AL! And, to come online and see the great guests that I heard. Keep up the great work- just alittle jealous knowing you guys are "working" this week in Napa. haha Enjoy!!
