Sono Baking Company Book Signing

Posted by admin

by Jocelyn Santos, managing editor of Martha Stewart Living Radio

You know him from Everyday Food and Everyday Baking on PBS. You’ve seen him with Martha on The Martha Stewart Show on NBC. You’ve heard him on Martha Stewart Living Radio on Sirius 112 and XM 157. And NOW, you can bake like him using the formulas and recipes in his new book, The SoNo Baking Company Cookbook. He’s John Barricelli, a talented chef and baker, who’s been a member of our Martha Stewart Living family since 1998.

We’re all so proud of John, and his new book -- it has more than  130 sweet and savory recipes and dozens of photos. Plus, it’s filled with tips and lists for stocking your pantry, choosing the right tools, and making sure all your creations are baked to perfection -- bakers of all levels will find this book helpful and inspiring.

A few of us attended John’s first book signing at his Norwalk, Connecticut establishment, The SoNo Baking Company and Cafe. It’s among Martha’s favorite bakeries. The event was a lot of fun as you can see from the photos below.

  • I'm a huge fan of Marthas and through her have been admiring John's work. I just recently purchased
his new book and look forward to making the pork empanadas and the tomato cobbler.
I'm excited to make the 2 hour trip to his
    bakery this holiday weekend.
