Just back from Wisconsin, America's Dairyland best known for its cheese. Ah cheese, just thinking about it gets my taste buds working. Now I've made many a cheese sandwich, so I decided to ratchet things up a bit and put a spin on it. How about a creamy cheese spread on a spicy cheese biscuit along with some sweet roasted plum tomatoes (you'll want to make batch of these to have on hand), and peppery arugula. Got your mouth watering? Thought so.
