We've all heard that "French women don't get fat." The woman behind this phrase, Mireille Guiliano, brought the not-so-novel (and very French) idea of enjoying luxuries like bread, Champagne and chocolate-- in moderation-- to a diet-crazed world. Needless to say, people liked the idea! Now Mireille has written a cookbook called The French Women Don't Get Fat Cookbook, and she joined us on Morning Living to share some of her stay-slim techniques and non-diet recipes
