It's time for another edition of Mario's Weekend Cooking Challenge. Once a month, we'll select a recipe from a chef and make the recipe during the weekend. This month, we are cooking with chef Andrew Wild, chef and instructor at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.

Chef Wild will be joining us this weekend on the Cooking Challenge Facebook group to answer questions, check on our progress, and take a look at photos of the finished recipe. Many of the photos you submit will be part of a Cooking Challenge photo gallery, that I'll post here on the Radio Blog.
We will start cooking Saturday afternoon (cooking time depends on your schedule of course). On the Facebook group make sure to add photos of your finished dish too! Download the recipe below and let's all get cooking together this Saturday!

This really looks so yummy Mario. Hope to see more of your recipes here at your blog, just like what they cooked at banquet hall in Delaware Valley. I hope I could also taste this one, I really love seafood!
