WARSAW
1 ½ oz Vodka
½ oz Mathilde Blackberry Liqueur
½ oz Dry Vermouth
¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
POLONAISE
1 ½ oz Brandy
½ oz Mathilde Blackberry Liqueur
½ oz Dry Sherry
¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
POLISH SIDECAR
¾ oz Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Mathilde Blackberry Liqueur
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Float a fresh blackberry.
BLACK TEQ
1 ½ oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Mathilde Blackberry Liqueur
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
