On Tuesday's edition of Feeding Our Future, we blindfolded our three guests - all fourth graders attending public schools in New York City - and gave them two samples of three school lunch favorites: chili, chicken nuggets, and macaroni and cheese. One sample was a processed version of the dish and the other was host Bill Telepan's fresh, homemade version. Watch the video to see what they liked best. (There are some excellent harmonica performances as a bonus.)
If you're inspired to make these kid favorites at home, download Bill's simple recipes.
If you want to get caught up on the series, check out our show recaps and tune in for the replay of this episode tomorrow at 4 pm ET and Sunday at 10 am ET. Next up on Tuesday at 11 am ET: Chef Alice Waters!
