Three of New York's best bartenders (not mixologists, thank you very much) - Richard Boccato of Dutch Kills, Dushan Zaric of Employees Only, and Julie Reiner of Flatiron Lounge, Clover Club, and Lani Kai - joined Emeril in studio today to talk about the history of cocktails and how to make them properly. If you missed the show, you can catch replays tonight at 7pm ET and Saturday at 10 am ET. Alternatively, you could just grab a seat at one of the bars and watch closely, or check out Dushan's new book, Speakeasy. Cheers!
