On Tuesday's "Morning Living," Kim and Betsy spoke to Daniel Holzman, chef and owner of The Meatball Shop in New York City. Not only did Daniel share some of his meatball recipes made using pork, but he also shared a veggie "meatball" recipe that might even convert a meat-loving carnivore to vegetarianism.
Kim complained that most veggie meatballs don't taste nearly as good as the real thing, but Daniel was able to convince her to try out his recipe after he revealed that they're his favorite meatball variety!
