Fun with Fondue

Posted by

Whether it's sweet or savory, made from chocolate or Gruyere, there's something about warm fondue that makes it the perfect complement to a cold winter night. While fondue is traditionally made from Emmental or Gruyere cheese, white wine, and kirsch, there are many less common varieties. And fortunately for us, it's just about delicious as it is easy to make! Matt Molloy, executive chef at Boston's Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, joined us on "Living Today" to talk all things fondue and to share his recipes for Chocolate Fondue, French Style Fondue Savoyarde, and Matt Molloy’s Classic Fondue in French Style with us.
