Looking Back at the Year's Food Trends

Food trucks, pickling, meatless Mondays, cooking sous vide, local produce ... what 2010 food trends are here to stay and which ones should we leave behind? To tackle the good, the bad, and the ugly of the past year, we invited some of our favorite culinary experts and critics to join us at our "Living Today" roundtable.

Amanda Hesser, former New York Times food reporter; Bill Telepan, chef and owner of his eponymous Telepan restaurant in New York City; and Salvatore Rizzo, owner and director of De Gustibus Cooking School, joined us for the discussion. We've included some of our favorite audio clips from the show -- click below to listen.
