Vegan Dishes with a Kick

When we hear the word "vegan," we think soy-based products lacking any and all flavor. Fortunately for all those non-meat eating folks out there, the vegan culinary world has made leaps and bounds in recent years. Alessandro Stratta, executive chef at ALEX and Stratta in the Wynn Las Vegas, joined us on "Living Today" to prove that vegan meals have gone well beyond the very bland extra-firm tofu with a side of broccoli.
