We're Celebrating a Greek Christmas

Posted by MSLO Blogger

Throughout the month of December on "Living Today," we're highlighting the foods and traditions that different cultures associate with the holidays.  This week, we talked with Jim Botsacos, chef and partner of Molyvos and Abboccato, two Greek restaurants located in New York City. Raised in a half-Italian and half-Greek family, Jim has been exposed to a variety of different Christmas traditions. Today, he shared some of his favorite Greek Christmas recipes with us. Want to bring a Mediterranean feel to your Christmas table? Here are some recipes to try at home.

Jim offers tips on cooking lamb for Christmas dinner.
