Blogging Today with the Gastronomer's Guide

Posted by

For a while now, we've hosted a new food blogger each month during a segment called "Blogging Today" on "Living Today." We've had so much fun chatting with our guests and learning about the process of food blogging that we decided to make it a weekly segment.

This past Tuesday, we were welcomed by Joseph Erdos, creator of the Gastronomer's Guide, a three-year-old blog which is equally as gorgeous as it is informative. Through photographs and detailed descriptions, Joseph documents his latest culinary adventures, whether they be in his own kitchen or at a four-star restaurant. He provides cookbook reviews, dining reviews, and fabulous recipes from a variety of cultural influences.

Joseph spoke specifically about two of his recipes during Tuesday's show-- Red Quinoa with Butternut Squash, Dried Cranberries, and Pumpkin Seeds as well as that for Chickpea Curry. Sound delish, right? And they're pretty healthy too-- all of these ingredients are loaded with great nutrients!

Click on the play button to listen to Mario's interview with Joseph. And if you want to get a taste of what Joseph's photos are like, we've got a few below.
