The Chinese New Year begins this Wednesday, February 3. To help us prepare for the celebration, Jet Tila, executive chef at Wazuzu in Las Vegas' Encore hotel, joined us on "Living Today." Tila pulls from Japanese, Thai, and Chinese cuisines to inspire the dishes served at his modern Asian Bistro. Today, he shared his recipes for Long Life Noodles which ensure prosperity in the coming year and 8 Treasure Rice Pudding, a traditional Chinese New Year dessert that is very easy to make.
