Detoxing Tips on "Whole Living"

If you've been listening to "Whole Living" all week, you know that we're five days into the Whole Living Action Plan: 28-Day Challenge. The first week of the Action Plan is a detox and it requires that you consume lots of fruits and veggies while eliminating grains, sugar, caffeine, and a host of other things. We know that chopping up fresh vegetables for detox-friendly meals isn't always a welcome activity after a long day at work, but it can be fun and grounding in a weird way.
