In celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year, which takes place on February 3, we invited Sara Johannes, chef de cuisine at WP24 by Wolfgang Puck, to join us on "Living Today." The LA-based restaurant, known for its modern take on traditional Chinese fare, will welcome in the Year of the Rabbit with an elegant Chinese New Year dinner (here's the menu). Fortunately for those of us who won't be able to make it to southern California for the event, Sara shared her recipe for Chicken and Mushroom “Dan Dan” Dumplings with us. Pretty sure this will knock the socks off of any Chinese takeout.
