If you’re an avid cook like me, I'm sure you've noticed the increasing number of cookbooks available which encourage us to cook with locally grown vegetables. With the growing number of resources available to find and purcahse locally grown produce, it's becoming much easier to cook with these types of ingredients. On Thursday's "Living Today," we were joined by Laura C. Martin, author of “Green Market Baking Book” who offered some great tips on how we can make healthier baked goods. Laura’s new book is full of recipes that were created from local, sustainable foods and natural sweeteners… sounds pretty healthy to me!
