We've been celebrating chocolate this week on Martha Stewart Living Radio and what better way to end the week than making chocolate truffles. Shavon and Monty are always up for a challenge and today it was making chocolate truffles. There are all kinds of truffles, some easier than others to make. Today we did a super simple truffle-- easy to make but loaded with lots of flavor. The secret, of course, is in the ingredients. Get the best chocolate you can and you're on your way to a deliciously decadent confection. If that doesn't say I love you (yes, Valentine's Day is Monday), well, I don't know what does. Here's the recipe.
