Yesterday on "Whole Living," Terri talked with Beth Bader, author of "The Cleaner Plate Club: More Than 100 Recipes for Real Food Your Kids Will Love." According to The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, the diets of 78 percent of school-age children showed a need for improvement. In response to these pretty shocking numbers, Beth and co-author Ali Benjamin have made it their mission to help families eat healthier. In their book, they cover what, where, and how to achieve this goal. To read more about the interview and Beth's tips for getting kids to eat more whole grains and veggies, check out Terri's post on Whole Living Daily.
