We were lucky enough to have him stop by "Morning Living" to share with Betsy some of his favorite ways to prepare salmon. From his famous salmon 'gravy' (salmon in a cream sauce with peas and dill over toast) to putting togther the perfect meal, he told us how to cook up seafood his way.
