Yesterday, Martha Stewart Living Radio premiered "Italian, My Way," a special four-week radio series hosted by celebrated chef Jonathan Waxman. Broadcasting live from Barbuto, his restaurant in New York's West Village, the series launched in conjunction with the release of chef Waxman's latest cookbook, "Italian, My Way: More Than 150 Simple and Inspired Recipes That Breathe New Life into Italian Classics."
Joining Jonathan to help kick off his first show were chef Tom Colicchio, chef and owner of Craft restaurants and head judge of Bravo's "Top Chef," Florence Fabricant, food and wine columnist for the New York Times' Dining section and Colman Andrews, editorial director of The Daily Meal.
Jonathan's guests spoke candidly about Italian food "their way," revealing everything from their favorite dishes to pasta preferences.
