This week on “Italian, My Way,” master chef Jonathan Waxman was joined by Missy Robbins, executive chef of MARC restaurant group’s A Voce Madison and A Voce Columbus; Marc Forgione, chef and partner at Restaurant Marc Forgione; and Drew Nieporent, founder of the Myriad Restaurant Group.
Kicking off this week’s show with a conversation about Italian wine and cheese, Jonathan treated his guests to a few delicious cheese dishes straight from the menu of his restaurant. The formaggio plate was a selection of four cheeses, followed up by a delicious serving of focaccia and two of Barbuto’s seasonal pizzas.
In addition to sharing their favorite wine and cheese choices, Jonathan’s guests spoke about the food they couldn’t live without, and the best Italian-style meal they’d ever eaten.
