This week on “Italian, My Way” Wylie Dufresne, chef at New York's wd~50, and Dorothy Cann Hamilton, founder and CEO of The International Culinary Center, pulled up a seat at Chef Waxman's table. 

Jonathan and his guests discussed the evolution of the food industry, how it's changed, and the creative process that goes on when developing recipes and menus.  They shared their own food revelations from finding passion and creativity in the kitchen to Dorothy's thoughts on how Jean Georges Vongerichten evolved the restaurant industry with Jo Jo.
