Wondering how to smoke the most tender pork shoulder? Or how to grill steak so it's perfectly juicy? In an effort to help you prep for grilling season, we've invited some of the country’s top barbecue and grilling authorities to join us next Monday and Tuesday for our second annual Grilling Hotline. Call 866-675-6675 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. ET on Monday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 24 to speak with the experts and get tips and advice for all of your summer entertaining. Below is a schedule of the pros who will be answering your calls each hour.

Monday, May 23:
11 a.m.: Mike Mills, pitmaster at seven nationally acclaimed barbecue restaurants, including four 17th Street Bar & Grill restaurants in Illinois and three Memphis Championship Barbecue restaurants in Las Vegas
12 p.m.: Tim Love, chef and owner of The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro and The Love Shack in Fort Worth
1 p.m.: Chris Lilly, pitmaster for the Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q team which was just named Grand Champion at the 2011 World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest
2 p.m.: Kenny Callaghan, executive chef, pitmaster, and partner of New York City's Blue Smoke and Jazz Standard
3 p.m.: Elizabeth Karmel, executive chef at New York City's Hill Country Barbecue Market and the new Hill Country Chicken
Tuesday, May 24:
11 a.m.: Melissa Cookston, pitmaster for Yazoo’s Delta Q BBQ Team, first-place winner in Whole Hog at the 2011 World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest, Grand Champion at the 2010 World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest

3 p.m.: Rick Browne, is the creator, host, and executive producer of public television’s Barbecue America TV series and author of 11 grilling and barbecue cookbooks
