It's week two at my CSA (community supported agriculture)! Here in the Northeast, we have all kinds of fresh greens and herbs in season, and I had a lot of fun cooking with them this week. I stir-fried the broccoli, snow peas, and escarole inspired by Martha's honey ginger sauce, made spinach quesedillas, and topped some crostini with the dill. Last week, I experimented with radishes and garlic scapes. What's growing where you are and what have you been cooking?
