This past weekend, I decided to try my hand at pizza dough and made Everyday Food's Pizza Bianca. This was my first attempt making a yeast-based dough, and I have to say, it was excellent. One of the things I love about EDF recipes is that their so versatile and often simple to make. For example, instead of using one pound of frozen, store-bought pizza dough, I decided to make the dough myself using the Basic Pizza Dough recipe. If you feel like pizza tonight, skip the local pizza place and try the Pizza Bianca. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as I did.
