One of the really fun things about working at SiriusXM is that we sometimes get the chance to participate in events hosted by other channels. This past Friday, Cosmo Radio's "Wake Up" hosted the Soul Cycle Spin Challenge. About ten people, including Ryan Brockington and I, swapped our business attire for spandex and spent 45 minutes spinning inside SiriusXM's Fishbowl studio. We were joined by Kelly Bensimon, of "Real Housewives of New York" fame; Olivia Ward, winner of season 11 of "The Biggest Loser;" and Jennifer Jacobs, contestant on season 11 of "The Biggest Loser."
The class was led by some of Soul Cycle's most motivating instructors. It was definitely a challenging workout, but Ryan and I both had a blast. What a wonderful and positive way to kick off the day!
