Single-Serve Punches

Have you ever craved a great tiki cocktail, but didn't want to have to fill the whole punch bowl?  This week Allen Katz has recipes just for you! Make these as single servings, or batch them for your next get together.

MAI TAI
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Gold Rum
½ oz Le Combier Rouge
½ oz Orgeat Syrup
1 oz  Fresh Lime Juice
 
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a half-lime shell and a sprig of fresh mint.


 
QUEENS PARK SWIZZLE
3 oz  Aged Rum
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
10  Fresh Mint Leaves
1 ½ oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
 
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a collins glass with fresh ice. Garnish with half-lime shell and serve with a straw.
 
KNICKERBOCKER
2 ½ oz Aged Rum
1 ½ tsp Raspberry Syrup
½ tsp Le Combier Rouge
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
 
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a collins glass with fresh ice. Garnish with half-lime shell and three fresh raspberries.
 
OKOLEHAO PUNCH
2 oz Gin
1 ½ tsp Le Combier Rouge
1 ½ oz Canned Coconut Milk
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Confectioners Sugar
 
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a collins glass over fresh ice. Serve with a straw.
