Best known as a competitor on Bravo’s “Top Chef,” Carla is also the owner and executive chef of Alchemy by Carla Hall, an artisan cookie company, based in Washington, D.C.

In addition to sharing her 1-0-1 advice for demystifying delicious baked casseroles, Carla will also be exploring how to get the most “taste” out of your meals, with Barb Stuckey - Mattson professional food developer, and author of the upcoming book, “Taste What You’re Missing.” 

Plus, owner of Savannah-based Back in the Day Bakery, and author of the upcoming “Back in the Day Bakery Cookbook,” Cheryl Day will reveal how her ‘nana puddin’ changed the way Carla’s now making hers!
