Chef Instructor at New York’s Institute of Culinary Education, Kathryn Gordon will be dropping by to offer 1-0-1 tips for making our own macarons. Fatty Crab and Fatty ‘Cue owner and founder, Zak Pelaccio will dish with Elizabeth about his new book, “Eat with Your Hands.” And you’re invited to pull up a seat at the chef’s table as she shares ideas for making “grill overs” and speaks with third generation meat cutter, Kari Underly about the art of beef cutting.
“Cooking Today,” is live each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 3 p.m. ET / 12 p.m. PT, on Sirius XM 110.
