Fatty Crab and Fatty ‘Cue owner and founder, Zak Pelaccio will dish with Elizabeth about his new book, “Eat with Your Hands.” And you’re invited to pull up a seat at the chef’s table as she shares ideas for making “grill overs” and speaks with third generation meat cutter, Kari Underly about the art of beef cutting.
