Award-winning cooking teacher and culinary personality, Rick Rodgers joins us this week to host the program.  On today’s show Mark Rotella, senior editor at “Publishers Weekly” and writer of the Cooking the Books newsletter, will be discussing some of the latest trends in the cookbook world, and offering up some of his personal favorites.

Plus, Rick will be sharing some made-to-order ideas for tackling spring asparagus!
