Hugh Acheson Hosts "Cooking Today"

If you’re a “Top Chef” fan, then you’ll definitely want to tune in for this week’s “Cooking Today.”

Award-winning chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Hugh Acheson will be taking over the studio and inviting some of his friends and colleagues in the culinary world to join him on the air!  Contestant on season three of Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters,” and judge for “Top Chef” season nine, Hugh just won the James Beard award in American Cooking for his cookbook, “A New Turn in the South: Southern Flavors Reinvented for Your Kitchen!”
