Our host this week, “Chopped” judge and winner of “The Next Iron Chef,” Geoffrey Zakarian dished with fellow reality food judge and host of Bravo’s “Top Chef: Just Desserts,” Gail Simmons about her new book “Talking with My Mouth Full: My Life as a Professional Eater.”
Geoffrey was also joined by Paul Corsentino, his Iron Chef sous chef and executive chef, The National to give us a behind-the-scenes peek at what it’s like to prepare for a competitive food program.
