Michael is also the owner of the Altamarea Group, a restaurant group that currently houses Michael’s eight restaurants, in New York, New Jersey and Hong Kong. Michael’s latest venture is his pizzeria, Nicoletta located in New York’s East Village where his pizza was recently dubbed by New York Magazine’s Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld as “Wiscopolitan” (Wisconsin + cosmopolitan).
