I love this show, but I can never listen to it all in its current time slot. Does it repeat at any other time on sirius (canada)?
From: judi richter | 8/16/12 at 9:19 pm

Is Life Coaching a real job, not to be mean but what are the degrees or what qualify's you to be called a Life Coach?

I am absolutely loving Sophie's show! I listen to it every day on my drive home. I have been known to pass my house so I can finish listening to her show!

You had a guest on today's show (Aug 30th) that was talking about her book, Power of Love, I think was the name. Can you tell me the guests name and the name of her book?
From: Helen | 9/12/12 at 1:58 pm
I love it when I can catch Sophie's show, but rarely am I able to catch the beginning of any segment.
Sophie, may I suggest that you frequently repeat the name of your guest and the name of their book/website (if applicable) during your interview/interaction so that those of us who get snippets of the broadcast can still follow up on your interesting guests.
For instance, "We're talking with ____, author of _____. ____. I just love your descriptions of bosses -- BAD!! That's great. Now tell us...." And at the conclusion of the interview, "That concludes our time with ___________. You can get more information from their website________. Now our next guest....."
Please remember that not all of us have Facebook so we don't have access to info there.
If you want to hear how seamlessly more information can be included in your comments, listen to Mitch Albom on WJR 760AM out of Detroit 5-7pm weekdays.

I caught a few minutes of the show today which was very intriguing, but I didn't catch the name of the guest or the name of her book....topic was courage, working through fears, etc.
Would love to read the book . Please somebody let me know the information. Much obliged!

Hi...responding to Helen above. I had the pleasure of being Sophie's guest on 9-12-12 - and to answer your Q above, we were talking about bosses who always seem distracted when you meet with them. I called it Boss Attention Deficit Disorder (BADD). They can drive you crazy...unless you get creative. Good listening skills make good managers. More on encouraging this from your boss and my book at http://www.tameyourTot.com. Thanks for your interest!

What was the name of the book you mentioned on 6 November? It was about watching what you say, being respectful...etc.
From: Diane Dainis | 11/9/12 at 9:28 pm
I would love to know the name of the woman you had on today Nov. 9th. I'd love to try her products as well. But can not find any reference to the show here. the show was about coloring your hair and imbrasing our age.
Thanks so much,
Diane

I only heard part of the show last week with a guess that had all natural facial products but I missed the name of the product that the guess was saying you could even eat it. I would like very much to try such a moisturizer. .Pleade tell me the name of this facial product and how to get it.
BTW- I really like your show, I find it non- violent and relaxing to listen to. I have given up on TV which is full of non- sense reality shows, I just can't stomach another one. So radio (mainly the Martha Stewart station) is the new source of entertainment for me. Thanks For your show Sophie.

Actually,Life coaching simply is the art of building a tool-box towards self realisation. It aims to provide us with a user friendly tool-kit' complete with instructional manual, troubleshooting, and contingency plan all thrown together in order that we may systematically work towards achieving contentment and happiness.

I was also wondering if it's possible to listen to a previous show (December 21, 2012) about PEACE. Or if there was a transcript of the show. I was driving and couldn't listen to the whole show. Thanks so much. Love your show!!!

This is the first time I have ever posted a comment online literally about anything. I did feel compelled to just say how much I look forward to listening to sophie and her overall attitude about life and things in general. I actually take notes and truly listen. Don't do yoga but who knows I may start. Her show is refreshing in a very busy stress filled world.

Love your show---can you recommend a life coach in Chicago? I am afraid I have only met with people that don't have a clue...thanks so much, Sophie.

Love your show Sophie. I was listening about an hour ago and caught about 5 minutes. It had to do with chocolate. What was the name of the company who makes the chocolate. I think it was Nutreats, that's what it sounded like. When I Google it it's obviously wrong. Thanks

It is REALLY dissapointing to hear SO MANY encore shows. Your show repeats so offen and I am frustrated when I turn on your show and I have heard it three times already.
Thank you for listening.
